01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, listing an offer, or running traffic through AGENTLINK (the "Network"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Network.

02Affiliate obligations

• Run only the traffic sources you were approved for. Material changes require re-approval.
• Follow each offer's brand-safety, geo, and creative rules. Per-vendor restrictions override network defaults.
• No incentivized, bot, misleading, or trademark-infringing traffic. No cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and data-privacy laws in the regions you target.

03Vendor obligations

• Publish accurate commission terms, attribution windows, and retention data.
• Honor approved conversions and pay commissions per the stated schedule.
• Keep tracking webhooks and billing integrations operational.

04Commissions & payouts

Commissions accrue on server-to-server verified paid conversions. Payouts are issued weekly, net-7 after the refund window, subject to a $50 minimum, by ACH, wire, USDC, or Wise. Reversals, chargebacks, and refunds are deducted from the ledger.

05Prohibited traffic & conduct

Fraudulent, deceptive, or non-compliant activity results in withheld commissions and account termination. AGENTLINK may audit traffic and request source documentation at any time.

06Compliance & data

Pay-per-call traffic must be TCPA-compliant. Mobile attribution runs through approved MMPs. Personal data is handled per our privacy practices and applicable law.

07Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
